In order to help our operators be more efficient, Crunch has integrated market-leading Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions to the Document Flow Manager:
- Full Text OCR: full text conversion of the document as a first step.
- Rubberband OCR: operators don’t have to key the whole text, they can select the text zone to be captured.
- Business rules: all data captured is normalized thanks to automated business rules.
